Adding a trading partner to your View My Product account

If you've been invited to Attribytes on behalf of one of your trading partners but already have an account, you can:

  • fill out the form sent to you
  • contact us to add additional trading partner access to your account

We manually review all accounts and access levels for security purposes and data integrity. Because of this, we do not automatically add trading partner access to users.

Additionally, you can request access to see other trading partners at any time - no need to receive a personalized invite! If one of your distributors/trading partners is working with Attribytes, feel free to contact us.

Adding additional products to your Attribytes account

If you've been invited to use one of our other products or services, such as Doc Management or New Item Setup, your current account will work.

If you've been invited to use one of these products on behalf of one of your trading partners but already have an account, you can:

  • fill out the form sent to you
  • contact us to add additional trading partner access to your account
